All deliveries are scheduled for
weekdays.
NO SATURDAY DELIVERIES
The customer will be contacted 4-5 days
before delivery. If customer cannot make
that time, we will try try to work out
another time with them.
Shed site
must be fairly level and free of all
overhead or ground level obstructions up
to 12 feet. Have customer visualize the
four corners of the shed. The highest
ground corner to the lowest ground
corner cannot drop more than 12” (1
foot). Any customer concerns, have them
call the main office. We do offer to
come out and do a site inspection at no
charge.
Installation requires that installers
have a fairly level, firm site with
approx. 2 V2’ clearance at the front and
rear, 1 V2’ on both ends, and clear of
obstructions up to 12’ high.
If shed
location is more than 100 ft from where
delivery truck can pull up there will be
an additional
$30 minimum carrying
charge — additional charges for land and
terrain difficulties.
Delivery
times vary depending on the time of
year. Please call the office for
delivery time updates.
If, after
being notified of and accepting a
delivery date, the customer is not at
home when delivery crew arrives, there
will be an additional $60 charge to
return for a second time.
Final
payment must be made on delivery date.
